PTSP ONLINE PENGADILAN TINGGI AGAMA PALEMBANG

Pelayanan Terpatu Satu Pintu Melalui Whatsapp

Pelayanan PTSP juga dapat diakses secara daring melalui WhatsApp, baik melalui fitur pesan (chat) maupun panggilan suara (call). Masyarakat dapat menghubungi nomor layanan WhatsApp PTSP pada jam kerja untuk memperoleh informasi, konsultasi, serta bantuan terkait prosedur dan persyaratan layanan yang tersedia. Petugas PTSP akan merespons pertanyaan dan memberikan panduan yang diperlukan sehingga masyarakat dapat memperoleh kemudahan akses pelayanan tanpa harus datang langsung ke kantor, sehingga proses pelayanan menjadi lebih cepat, praktis, dan efisien.
